New mural at the border fence aims to inform migrants

(Alexandra Mendoza, San Diego Union Tribune) Artist Enrique Chiu invited the Tijuana community to add color to the first of four murals to be painted along the U.S.-Mexico border. Stickers with a QR code will link to a website for migrants to learn about their rights, nearby shelters and information about seeking asylum. The website also provides information for migrants who wish to study, work or seek medical care in Mexico.
